The gameplay is fine, it just isn't the kind of game I usually play (I prefer RPGs, adventure story games, etc) but I liked the story in the first game (2013 i mean) so I'm playing this one for the story as well, gameplay is very much secondary to me. Which is fine as a one-time-playthrough, and especially if you like myself got really attached to Lara through playing the main story. It is more a walking-simulator with loads of texts that give more background to the Crofts.
